Ingrédients

  • 1 lb. Fromage en crème à la température de la pièce
  • 1/2 tasse de crème sûre
  • 1 pincée de sel
  • 1 pincée sel d'ail
  • 1/2 tasse d'échalotes hachés fin

Préparation

  1. Mélanger ensemble la crème sure, le sel et la poudre d'ail et mélanger jusqu'à ce que la préparation soit lisse.
  2. Mettre dans un plat et ajouter les échalotes, brassés. Servir avec des bagels ou biscottes ou biscuits
