Ingrédients

  • 1 c à thé de beurre
  • 2 c à table de fécule de maïs
  • 1 tasse d'eau chaude
  • 1 tasse de jus de cerises

Préparation

  1. Mélanger la fécule et le beurre, ajouter graduellement l'eau et laisser épaissir en brassant constamment. Incorporer le jus de cerise (de conserve) et laisser mijoter 10 minutes.
