  • 2 tasses de farine tout-usage
  • 2 c. à thé de crème de tartre

  • ½ lb de figues séchées
  • 1/3 de tasse de sucre
  • ½ tasse de jus d'orange

Garniture

  1. Couper les figues en 4 et les faire cuire avec le sucre et le jus d'orange, jusqu'à ce que ça devienne une belle purée
