Tarte impossible au coconut

Ingrédients

  • 1/2 tasse de mélange Original Bisquick® mix
  • 2 tasses de lait
  • 1 tasse de coconut
  • 3/4 tasse de sucre
  • 1/4 tasse de beurre ou margarine
  • 1-1/2 c à thé de vanille
  • 4 oeufs

Préparation

  1. Préchauffer le four à 350F. Graissé une assiette à tarte de 9 pouces.
  2. Bien mélanger tous les ingrédients ensemble. Déposer dans l'assiette.
  3. Cuire au four 50 à 55 minutes jusqu'à doré ou insérer la pointe d'un couteau au centre et en ressortir propre. Tiédir. Couvrir et réfrigérer.
