Ingrédient

  • 1 ½ tasse de farine tamisé
  • 6 c table de sucre blanc
  • 2 c. thé de poudre à pâte
  • 3/4 tasse de lait
  • 2 oeufs
  • ½ c à thé sel

Préparation

  1. Mélanger tous les ingrédients ensemble. Mettre une quantité normale dans le presse beigne et cuire quelque beignes à la fois dans l'huile chaude à 375 F. Temps de cuisson : 2 à 3 min.
