Ingrédient

  • 2 chopines de framboises fraîches
  • 2 boîtes de framboises congelées
  • 1/2 tasse de vinaigre de cidre ou blanc
  • 3/4 tasse de sucre

Préparation

  1. Mélanger les framboises et le vinaigre. Couvrir et laisser macérer pendant 24 heures. Bien presser les fruits pour en extraire tout le jus.
  2. Ajouter le sucre au jus de fruits et faire chauffer jusqu'à ce que le sucre soit fondu. Se conserve dans des pots stérélisés.
