Ingrédients

  • 8 tasses de fèves bien cuites
  • 2 tasses de vinaigre
  • 2 tasses de sucre
  • 1/2 tasse de farine
  • 2 c à thé de moutarde sèche
  • 1 c à thé de curcuma (Tuméric)
  • 1 c à thé de graines de c?leri

Préparation

  1. Faire cuire les fèves et les couper en morceaux d'environ ¼ ou ½ pouce. Meler fèves et sucre dans un chaudron.
  2. Mélanger farine, moutarde,curcuma et graines de céleri et ajouter ce mélange aux feves et brasser, ensuite ajouter le vinaigre. Cuire a feu doux jusqu'à épaississement.
