Egg Rolls au poulet 1

Ingrédients

  • 4 tasse de chou crus émincés, (chou moyen)
  • 1/2 tasse de céleri haché
  • 1 pqt. échalote
  • 1 tasse de poulet cuit en dés
  • 1/2 c.à thé accent (MSG)
  • 1 c. à table d'huile de sésame
  • 1 c. à table de sauce soja
  • 2 c. à table de sauce aux huîtres

Préparation

  1. N.B. Il est bien important de bien râpée les légumes.
  2. Mélanger tous les ingrédient et laisser mariner 12 h. Ensuite disposer dans les pâtes à egg-rolls, 1 once de préparation par pâtes.
  3. Badigeonner 3 cotés et refermer. Pré-cuisson de 5 minutes. Faire congeler ou faire frire à la dernière minute.
