Ingrédients

  • 2 c. à table de jus de citron,
  • 2 c. à table de de zeste de citron râpé,
  • 1 gousse d'ail hachée,
  • 1/4 de tasse de vin blanc,
  • 1/4 de tasse d'huile d'olive,
  • 1 c. à table de cassonade,
  • 1 c. à thé de romarin.

Préparation

  1. Bien mélanger les ingrédients. Laissez mariner une nuit au frigo. À utiliser pour le poulet ou l'agneau.
